Why the Constitution Party of California?

America and California need the leadership of the Constitution Party of California. We pledge to:

Stop undeclared wars which are daily costing American lives and billions of tax dollars;

Stop reckless spending, including foreign aid, and take care of America’s domestic needs;

End debt financing of both Federal and State governments;
Terminate the Federal income tax, and restore a tariff based revenue system;

Immediately end international trade agreements such as NAFTA, WTO, and the proposed FTAA

Totally and Completely Secure Our Nations Borders

Defend America’s moral values; keep God in the pledge of allegiance and on our nation's coinage.

Fully protect the right to life of the innocent unborn;

Support high standards in education, including school vouchers, private schools and home schooling;

Encourage revitalized domestic oil production and nuclear power generation.

Defend Second Amendment rights;

Restore a Constitutional, asset based, money system;

Uphold traditional marriage and family values;

Vote Constitution Party--the only party fighting for a return to Constitutional government!



2012 National Presidential Candidate


The Constitution Party of California is proud to announce its support of Congressman Virgil Goode for President in the 2012 national race. Vice Presidential running mate for Goode is longtime National Chairman of the Constitution Party, Jim Clymer .

In California, the Goode/Clymer ticket is a certified write in vote. This means that these votes will be counted by law just like all other votes. Simply write the name "Virgil Goode" in the box right below the other Presidential candidates and fill in the arrow mark.

Members of the California Constitution Party are enthusiastic and excited about this ticket, and its ability to be the "True Conservative" alternative to the major party tickets.

2008 Candidates



The Constitution Party of California, was proud of its endorsement of Chuck Baldwin and Darrell Castle as the Presidential and Vice-Presidential ticket in the November 2008 elections.

California supporters of the Constitution Party celebrated the Baldwin/Castle ticket: "Chuck Baldwin was a fantastic candidate who stood for the great future for our nation and the solution of our greatest problems. Chuck Baldwin addressed the answers to the problems which Obama and McCain feared to address. He gives straight talk and continues to have the answers that bring real change and hope."


Chuck Baldwin and Darrel Castle received a record number of votes for the Constitution Party, and both continue to be outspoken advocates for Liberty in speaking venues, and interviews around the country.
